Graduate Nurse Extern (3384)

Provide nursing care to patients under direct supervision, excluding medication administration, IVs, and blood products. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process while adhering to established standards, policies, and procedures. Monitor clinical status, document assessments, and report unusual findings to the healthcare team. Implement patient teaching, transport charts and supplies, and respond to emergency situations including basic CPR. Maintain confidentiality, complete required training, and provide coverage for relief and absences. Work with medical staff to coordinate care across neonate, infant, toddler, pre-schooler, school-age, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
