Job Summary
Graduate Nurse position provides a transitional role for new nursing graduates to begin orienting while awaiting NCLEX, and to function under supervision as a Registered Nurse. You will provide direct patient care activities appropriate to training and competency, assist RNs with assigned patient care, collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members, and gain clinical experience in the hospital environment. CPR certification is required, and NCLEX eligibility must be demonstrated with intent to sit for NCLEX within six months of Graduate Nurse status.
