Job Summary
Nights position providing direct patient care with assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation within standards of nursing care. Promotes patient- and family-centered care; educates patients and families on illness management and post-treatment home care needs and medication administration. Participates in patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance, and professional development. Develops, implements, and documents individualized plans of care in collaboration with an interprofessional team and family/caregiver; communicates care plans across the continuum. Applies critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values and cultural considerations. This is a safety-sensitive role requiring constant alertness and safe practice. Required Qualifications
