Job Summary
Conduct a twelve-month comprehensive nursing residency program covering didactic training, simulation, and a six-week rotation across Inpatient Units, Outpatient Clinics, and Nursing Surgical Services. Prepare for NCLEX licensure through extensive study materials, designated study time, and group test-prep before joining the Pediatric Oncology team. Submit required documents including a resume, unofficial transcripts, a reference letter, and a 300-word personal statement in the application's resume section. Complete the BSN program before the January 2027 cohort begins.
Required Qualifications
- BSN required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- Minimum Education: Open to new or upcoming BSN graduates who are transitioning from school to patient care
- To participate, candidates must have completed their BSN program before this cohort begins in January 2027
