Graduate NPD Customer Technologist at Panelto Foods, Europe’s leading speciality bakery manufacturer, working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment to support new product development from concept through launch. Responsibilities include supporting product development activities and sample preparation, conducting benchmarking and sensory testing, assisting with factory trials, customer presentations and product launches, maintaining development records and documentation, and building technical and commercial knowledge while collaborating with Production, Technical, Commercial and Operations teams to deliver innovative bakery solutions. Requires a degree in Food Science, Food Innovation, or Food Technology (or related discipline); emphasizes strong organization, attention to detail, communication and teamwork, a proactive attitude, and proficiency with IT and Microsoft Office.
