Graduate Network Engineer - IP Center Engineering

Job Summary
Lead network build initiatives by coordinating vendor schedules, managing project milestones, and resolving technical challenges across installation and configuration tasks. Execute engineering workflows including equipment configuration, BOM creation, shopping cart generation, and capacity request management for new hardware deployments. Conduct site surveys, perform post-installation audits, and facilitate quality reviews with third-party vendors to ensure compliance and standards. Collaborate with project managers and functional teams to drive early issue identification and timely reporting of status updates.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications or equivalent)
- To be considered for this role, applicants must already hold a valid right to work in Ireland
- We are currently unable to support employment permit sponsorship
- The ability to work well with others (as a team) and individually (on your own projects) with a positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrable excellent problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of technical domains such as: SONET, DWDM, Long Haul Transport Systems, Backbone Routing/Switching, Physical Server Deployments, or Voice Switching platforms
- Familiarity with telecommunications equipment or network installations
- Proficiency in utilising AI tools to streamline technical research, documentation, and problem-solving
