Job Summary
Graduate Medical Education Resident Physician in OBGYN at Dignity Health Medical Group in Gilbert, AZ. Full scope obstetric and gynecologic care including deliveries, antepartum and intrapartum care, annual exams, gynecologic surgery, contraception, and hormonal replacement. Responsibilities include educating residents in OBGYN and rotating residents from Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine, with research or scholarly activities expected and a 0.2 FTE carve-out for teaching and academics. In-house call with a 1:10 frequency. Employed physician model with support across divisions and collaboration with subspecialists, a new women’s pavilion with level IIIB NICU, and competitive compensation with sign-on bonus and relocation costs.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO Degree
- Active Board Certification or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Must have or be eligible for Arizona State medical licensure
- Completed ACGME Residency training
- Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals
