Job Summary

Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of a comprehensive Behavioral Health curriculum for medical residents while maintaining current knowledge of ACGME requirements and standards. Collaborate with residency leadership and faculty to provide clinical supervision, mentoring, consultation, and support services, including guidance on patient interviewing and communication skills. Design and facilitate individual and group learning sessions focused on behavioral health topics, physician wellness, resilience, and professionalism. Serve as a core faculty member within the residency program, contribute to accreditation preparation and continuous quality improvement efforts, and actively participate in initiatives promoting resident wellness and psychological safety. Clinical practice opportunities may be available based on organizational needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Doctorate degree in Psychology
  • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse population
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Commitment to ethical and culturally responsive practice

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree – for behavioralist with GME experience
  • Experience in a GME program
