Graduate Medical Education Coordinator

Job Summary
Oversee medical student rotations within ARH facilities while assisting with the development of GME policies and procedures. Maintain the medical student database, coordinate observerships, and manage the evaluation process to ensure preceptor compliance. Act as a liaison between medical students and administration, establish relationships with medical schools, and support medical student coordinators with administrative tasks. Ensure strict adherence to established policies and procedures. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or Administration, one year of office administration experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Administration or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- A minimum of one year of office administration experience, preferably in a healthcare and/or education setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize information
- Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality
- Working knowledge of software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to make decisions independently or to escalate issues as needed
- Attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
