Job Summary
Graduate program in Mechanical Engineering offering 2-year rotations across sites and product areas. You’ll gain hands-on experience by working with clients to understand operational challenges, analyzing performance data, supporting equipment selection and process optimization, contributing to design concepts and engineering solutions, and researching new technologies. The program includes rotating across sites and teams, mentoring from experienced engineers, and global exposure within Metso’s international network.
