Job Summary
Conduct industrial plant design, mechanical equipment engineering, and steel structure calculations for projects spanning investigation through commissioning. Prepare drawings, specifications, and technical reports while supporting site inspections and construction monitoring across dairy, meat, and energy sectors. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and clients to ensure deliverables meet quality, programme, and budget expectations. Develop practical solutions prioritizing safety, reliability, and constructability while learning directly from experienced mentors to build professional competencies toward Chartered Engineer status.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering with Honours, majoring in Mechanical Engineering
- New Zealand work rights
