Job Summary
Graduate Program role for Mechanical Engineer in Abu Dhabi. Develop designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, and project models under guidance of experienced engineers; apply design and technical knowledge to produce high-quality outputs within project timelines; assist in maintaining project budgets and schedules; collect and analyze information from BIM models; use CAD/BIM tools; collaborate with engineers from other disciplines to ensure design continuity; participate in design progress and coordination meetings; review BIM/CAD model production for accuracy; contribute to problem-solving and drive efficiencies in project delivery; apply theoretical knowledge to solve atypical engineering challenges; minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, graduating in 2025 or 2026, and a GPA of at least 2.8; UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered; in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited University
- Recent 2025 or 2026 graduates
- Minimum GPA of 2.8
