Job Summary
Support existing and ongoing media handling projects from a mechanical perspective by evaluating technologies, providing recommendations with backup analysis, and delivering cost-effective designs to specification. Work on mechanical development activities including estimates, manufacturing options, and supplier engagement while collaborating with engineers from different disciplines to enable system-wide integration. Conduct design reviews, stress analysis, and problem correction for electro/mechanical systems operating under software control, ensuring CLCA release of work products with all relevant documentation. Gain experience in the design of mechanisms, tooling, and parts manufacture within a fast-moving environment focused on self-service banking devices.
