Graduate Management Programme 2026 - Italy

Graduate Programme in Milan (12 months) across Sales & Account Management – Fuel & Telematics. Rotational assignments include Inside Sales – Inbound (Fuel), Inside Sales – Outbound (Fuel), Inside Sales – Telematics, and Account Management - Telematics, with at least 3 months in each area. You will directly handle sales and account management for Fuel and Telematics, gain phone-based customer experience and work toward targets, and may take on team leadership, coaching, and project responsibility. The programme includes mentoring from a director and a UK buddy, brand ambassador duties at local university events, and opportunities to influence processes. Required: a minimum 2:1 degree in any subject, English at B2, strong communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and a proactive, ambitious mindset. The contract is fixed-term for 12 months with competitive rewards and progression opportunities; recruitment steps include psychometric testing, telephone and assessment interviews, and a final interview with a Director.
