Job Summary
Graduate LPN - full-time night shift at Mercy Jefferson. Provides direct patient care for all ages, participates in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation; coordinates patient care with ancillary departments; adheres to nursing practice guidelines and Mercy Service Standards. Unit on the Medical A floor (fast-paced, 30-bed) with night shift sign-on bonuses for graduates and experienced LPNs, 36 hours per week. Requires Practical Nursing Degree, LPN license (or eligible within 90 days), and BLS; IV Certification within 1 year. Mercy offers benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Practical Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- current LPN license in our state or can be obtained within 90 days
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
- IV Certification within 1 year
