Job Summary
Coordinate locality-based transformation activities and support the planning and implementation of Local Government Reorganisation across Norfolk. Work alongside senior leaders to help coordinate projects, support stakeholder engagement, undertake research and analysis, and contribute to the development of future unitary councils. Act as a key link between locality teams and the central Programme Management Office to share information, track progress, and ensure a consistent approach. Support workshops with senior stakeholders, prepare reports for decision-makers, and develop solutions to complex organisational challenges. This hybrid role requires regular attendance at meetings and events across Norfolk, including collaboration with the wider LGR programme team.
Required Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent qualification, experience or transferable skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and planning abilities
- The ability to analyse information and solve problems
- Confidence working with Microsoft 365 applications
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with others
- A willingness to travel across Norfolk as required
