Job Summary
Graduate-level internship in a School-Based Counseling clinic focused on integrating Christian counseling practices. Internship offers hands-on training beginning August 2026 for Master’s-level students in a Christian, biblically-centered clinical setting. Interns will learn within a team supported by credentialing, intake, billing, authorizations, marketing, and operations staff, with flexible service times to accommodate school schedules. Preference given to members of WELS, ELS, or confessional Lutheran churches and those pursuing for-credit practicum or internship. Responsibilities include engaging in Christian-based counseling activities in-person at the School-Based Counseling clinic, with emphasis on confidentiality and maintaining a Christ-centered atmosphere. The role requires maintaining clinical professionalism and upholding the mission of Christian Family Solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Human Services field
- Master’s level student seeking a for-credit practicum or internship
- Active member of a WELS or ELS or confessional Lutheran church preferred
- Willingness to support the mission of Christian Family Solutions
- A high degree of responsibility in maintaining confidentiality in all matters pertaining to work
- Highly dependable, tactful, and courteous with demonstrated strong communication skills
- Willing to uphold a biblical worldview in the clinical setting
