Job Summary

Coordinate creative projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops are met while serving as the point of contact between creative teams and disciplines like media, strategy, and production. Translate client and business needs into creative briefs and project requirements, then participate in team meetings, presentations, and creative reviews to drive impact for leading global brands. This full-time immersive 8-week program in Dallas, Texas, includes direct job shadowing with industry experts and small group mentorship.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree completed between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027
  • Areas of study: Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
  • Internship or academic experience supporting creative teams, marketing efforts, or project coordination
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for creative work and the business of advertising
  • Dallas, Texas office location (in-person work required)
