Job Summary
Structure complex problems into actionable solutions and lead cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple customers. Translate business priorities into structured recommendations that drive decision-making and flawless execution. Partner with Finance, Corporate Development, and People teams to align initiatives while building scalable playbooks and best practices. Distill large information sets into clear insights and navigate ambiguity with confidence across PMG's engineering, strategy, creative, media, and analytics teams. This role requires a full-time MBA candidate with 2–4 years of pre-MBA experience, preferably in consulting, based in Dallas. Required Qualifications
- Will complete (or has recently completed) a full-time MBA by January 2027
- Has 2-4 years of pre-MBA professional experience in consulting, corporate strategy or a related field
- Is based in or willing to relocate to Dallas initially (onsite role at 2601 Olive Street, Dallas, TX) with the opportunity to move across PMG locations/offices over time
Desired Qualifications
- preferably with a consulting firm
- Proficiency in AI, automation, and technology to elevate the quality and efficiency of work, streamline processes, and enable faster, more informed decision-making
- familiarity with project management or data visualization tools is a plus
