Job Summary
Conduct an intensive 8-week onboarding program to master digital marketing industry knowledge and AI technologies. Develop software solutions and engineer scalable systems for PMG's proprietary operating system, Alli, enabling ad delivery to over a billion consumers. Engage in collaborative peer programming and lead the charge of AI Agents while building industry expertise alongside best-in-class engineers. Work full-time in the Uptown Dallas office, starting June 2026, with no sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- Completed a Bachelor's or Master's Degree between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
- Authorization to Work: Please note, we do not offer sponsorship for this role
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python, JavaScript, and Node.js
- Skills in AWS and GCP
- Experience with AI technologies, including OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex, and LangChain
- Internships or relevant work experience that shows problem-solving and technical capabilities
- A passion for mastering new technologies and a curiosity about digital marketing
