Job Summary
Graduate IT Support Engineer to provide first-line AV, IT and networking support, monitor client environments, and deliver a high-quality customer experience. Duties include acting as the first point of contact via phone, email, remote tools, and on-site escalation; supporting AV systems, meeting room technology, IT hardware, networking, and collaboration tools; monitoring client AV and network infrastructure; conducting routine checks and basic maintenance; maintaining AV environments including displays and conferencing systems; logging and resolving incidents and requests in line with SLAs; collaborating with senior engineers and global teams; contributing to documentation and knowledge articles; and participating in training to build AV and networking expertise. Requirements emphasize strong interest in technology, good communication, customer-first mindset, problem-solving, willingness to learn, and the ability to manage tasks within defined support processes. Preferred qualifications include a Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related subject, ITIL qualifications, and familiarity with Windows and Microsoft 365.
