Job Summary
Graduate IT & Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain AI-driven and Microsoft 365 automation solutions within a manufacturing environment. Role involves implementing automation using Microsoft 365 tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Teams), supporting AI-based solutions to improve operational efficiency, translating operational requirements into practical IT solutions, providing end-user support and training, and ensuring alignment with IT policies, security standards, and governance. Will collaborate with local and global IT teams, participate in international projects, contribute to digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, and apply a proactive, structured approach to delivering business value.
Required Qualifications
- Essential Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and digitalisation
- Analytical mindset and structured problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills (technical and non-technical audiences)
- Desirable Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Exposure to AI tools, data analytics, or scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
- Understanding of manufacturing or industrial environments
