Job Summary
Graduate Intern in Human Resources supporting HR initiatives such as job fairs and recruitment events, policy review and development, staff engagement, governance and quality assurance, regulatory compliance, recruitment-administration tasks, employer branding across job boards and social media, and workflow improvements. Requires a recognized university degree in HRM/Business Administration or related field, less than 3 years of experience, strong English and Chinese communication, and proficient computer skills. Ability to collaborate with team members and contribute to HR projects and documentation during a 12-month contract in Hong Kong.
Required Qualifications
- Recognized university degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Less than 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
