Job Summary
Maintain live and artificial plant displays by watering, feeding, controlling pests, and replacing damaged stock. Assist with seasonal and display installations while offering customers advice on upkeep and upholding a professional image. Comply with health and safety procedures and provide exceptional service. Begin as an Interior Maintenance Technician with 6-12 months of area coverage, then progress toward roles such as Sales Consultant or Service Supervisor. Requires a 2.2 degree in science, horticulture, or agriculture, a full UK driving licence, and flexibility with working patterns. Full-time, permanent role with competitive salary, company vehicle, and training opportunities.
