Graduate - Geotechnical Engineer

Graduate Geotechnical Engineer role within Whitehaven’s two-year graduate program, rotating across operations in NSW and QLD. Join a practical, on-the-job learning environment to support geotechnical and hydrogeological monitoring activities, assist with field inspections, data collection, geological mapping, and technical reporting. You’ll analyze monitoring data related to slope stability, groundwater, ground movement and site conditions, contribute to investigations on ground conditions and water management, develop skills with monitoring systems and databases, and collaborate with technical services and production teams to support safe and efficient mining activities.
