Graduate Field Operations Officer

Plan and deliver real UAS missions in live environments across the UK, operating systems via software-based control and real-time dashboards. Coordinate deployments while balancing weather, logistics, and operational constraints, and manage site logistics including travel, access, and contingencies. Capture and validate inspection data in the field, acting as the link between operations and engineering to provide structured feedback. Maintain high safety and operational standards while contributing to improved mission planning as we scale. You'll split time between field work and preparation at our Chichester base, requiring a degree in an analytical discipline, a UK driving licence, and practical experience operating UAS or similar technical tools. Based in the UK with unrestricted right to work, this role offers early responsibility in a fast-growing company transforming national infrastructure inspections.
