Job Summary
Graduate Enrolled Nurse program with St John of God Health Care Ballarat offers structured pathways to practice, with onsite orientation, clinical preceptors and educators to support transition into practice, small-group coaching, and opportunities to progress into more specialised programs. Part-time roles (60.8 to 76 hours per fortnight across 4–5 shifts) provide a supportive environment to develop patient-centred care skills, nursing competencies, and professional growth within a leading private health care provider. Applicants should have completed or be due to complete their Nursing qualification and anticipate registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA by 30 January 2027, be eligible to work in Australia for the full duration of the program, and have completed nursing studies since January 1, 2026. The role includes a comprehensive orientation, clinical supervision, and access to employee benefits and vaccination requirements (Influenza).
