Job Summary
Graduate Engineering Trainee focused on Instrumentation & Control for power-plant systems. The GET will work within the Operability / Systems Engineering team, gaining on-the-job training and contributing to instrumentation and control engineering activities across project phases—from tendering through detailed design, procurement, installation, and commissioning. Collaborates with senior engineers to ensure reliable, compliant, and high-quality instrumentation & control solutions. Requires basic understanding of engineering fundamentals, ability to read drawings and P&IDs, and willingness to grow in a technically demanding environment. Strong English communication and leadership potential are valued; internship exposure and cross-functional collaboration are emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, or related discipline
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Willingness to learn and grow within a technically demanding environment
- Experience with reading engineering drawings, P&IDs, datasheets (optional)
- Basic programming or analytical skills (MATLAB, PLC basics, Python; optional)
