Graduate Engineer Trainee,Production Planning

Prepare and manage production plans and schedules to meet customer delivery commitments while coordinating with Procurement, Production, Stores, Engineering, and Quality teams. Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions using ERP/MRP systems for material and capacity planning. Track raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory, analyze production variances, and prepare daily and monthly reports to drive continuous process improvements. Plan fabrication, machining, welding, and assembly activities for EOT, gantry, jib, and customized lifting equipment, ensuring compliance with project timelines. Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives while maintaining optimal inventory levels and BOM data.
