Graduate Engineer Trainee,Order Management

Prepare and manage production plans and schedules to meet customer delivery commitments while coordinating with Procurement, Production, Stores, Engineering, and Quality teams. Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions using ERP/MRP systems to maintain optimal inventory levels and Bill of Materials. Analyze machine, manpower, and resource capacity, track production KPIs, and prepare daily and monthly reports to drive continuous process improvements. Plan fabrication, machining, welding, and assembly activities for EOT, gantry, and jib cranes, ensuring compliance with project timelines and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
