Job Summary
Graduate Engineer Trainee (Mechanical) to join the BelAir, Dakar team in Senegal. The role involves coordinating daily mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring plant maintenance targets are met, monitoring equipment and spare parts, ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental guidelines, submitting work reports, inspecting completed repairs, developing maintenance routines, and prioritizing tasks to optimize resources. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, internship/practical exposure in mechanical maintenance, proficiency in English and French, MS Office skills, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, and a proactive, ownership-minded attitude.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Internship or practical exposure in mechanical maintenance preferred
- Fluency in English and French
- Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
