Job Summary
Graduate Engineering Trainee to support design, development, customization, testing, and implementation of PLM solutions (e.g., Windchill); provide operations and production support for PLM applications, assist in PLM testing (functional, regression, UAT), manage incidents and root-cause analyses, validate changes before deployment, contribute to automation through scripts/workflows, and collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, IT, and Quality teams. Develop configurations, workflows, integrations, and minor enhancements; participate in deployment activities, version control, and documentation; learn tools and standards related to PLM, CAD, ERP, and testing frameworks while contributing to continuous improvement and process automation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical / Computer Science / IT or related field
