Job Summary
Graduate Engineer Trainee role in Air Arabia’s Fleet Technical Management, focusing on learning and applying knowledge across AMP, Systems, Reliability, Warranty, Propulsion, APU, maintenance, technical records, logistics, and CAMO activities. Responsibilities include supporting maintenance engineering development, conducting root-cause analysis and troubleshooting, reviewing technical performance reports, identifying corrective measures and modifications, and assisting in the closure of occurrence reports. The role emphasizes training under the Training Manager/Line Manager, collaboration with CAMO staff, and ongoing personal development to gain hands-on experience in Base and/or Line maintenance tasks and related engineering activities.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Aircraft Engineering/ Electro-Mechanical/Aeronautical or equivalent (LAE) or higher diploma/certificate
- Very good written and verbal communication skills: reporting, presentations, etc.
- Very good English Language
- 2-5 years in a university with a specialisation in Aviation.
