Job Summary
Key responsibilities include collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure project success; documentation and maintenance of technical documentation, reports and drawings; quality assurance to maintain compliance with industry standards; data analysis to support engineering decisions; and project support assisting Senior Engineers in planning, designing and executing projects. The role targets graduates with Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical Engineering backgrounds and requires good communication skills and a passion for solving problems. Available to start February 2027, with relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia. The program spans two years and offers mentorship, hands-on experience and professional development within Egis’ Australia and New Zealand operations.
