Job Summary
Assist in the planning and design of Land Development projects under the direct supervision of a Professional Engineer by performing schematic design work, calculations, and analysis. Prepare permit applications and other regulatory documents while coordinating with surveyors, contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies. Obtain an EIT Certificate within one year of start date and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. This role supports the Tavares, FL Land Development team, offering potential for ownership in the firm.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable Driving Record
- The ability to obtain an EIT Certificate within one (1) year of start date
- Clear drug screen
- Background check
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D
- 0 to 3 years of experience in Land Development projects
