Job Summary
Graduate Electrical Engineer to support the Dry Utilities team in the design and delivery of electrical infrastructure projects, including power distribution networks, street lighting, and telecommunications systems. Under the supervision of experienced engineers, the role focuses on developing strong analytical, technical, and design capabilities. This role is part of a 24-month Advance graduate program with structured learning and one-on-one mentoring. UAE Nationals with a Family Book are eligible. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required with a minimum GPA of 2.8. Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD or Revit is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and a willingness to learn within a multidisciplinary engineering team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent)
- UAE National (with a valid Family Book)
- Interest in electrical infrastructure and dry utilities systems (e.g., power distribution, street lighting, telecom)
- Ability to work effectively under supervision within a multidisciplinary engineering team
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools) preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn and grow through a structured graduate program
