Job Summary
Graduate Electrical Engineer (d/f/m) for October 2026 cohort. You will work on electrical maintenance planning across assets domestically and internationally, ensuring compliance with safety policies and plant standards. Responsibilities include planning, prioritising and executing day-to-day maintenance (e.g., switchgear, motors, actuators), developing Local Maintenance Strategies aligned with Asset Strategy, providing technical support to maintenance technicians, contributing to electrical aspects of projects, managing budgets and contracts for daily activities and projects, and driving continuous improvement through innovation. Requires a Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar (Masters preferred), business fluency in English and German, willingness to travel and relocate with financial support, and openness to learn new skills.
