Job Summary
Conduct cost estimates, bills of quantities, value engineering, tendering, and evaluation while preparing cost plans, assessments, valuations, and reports. Liaise with project stakeholders, designers, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to drive commercial outcomes and manage change orders through final account close-out. Assist in cost management commissions by applying knowledge of procurement strategies, contracting arrangements, and commercial mechanisms. Engage with industry leaders through mentorship and peer coaching within a structured 24-month development program commencing August 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in quantity surveying, cost management/ engineering, project & facilities management or equivalent
- Knowledge of main cost management concepts, tools and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment as part of a committed team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
