Job Summary
Conduct cost estimates, bills of quantities, and value engineering while preparing cost plans, assessments, and valuations for iconic global projects. Manage tendering, evaluation, change orders, and final account close-outs to drive commercial outcomes for clients. Liaise with project stakeholders, designers, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to deliver success through intelligent supplier engagement. Assist in cost management commissions and prepare cost reports within a fast-paced environment. Obtain company-paid professional accreditation with Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and/or Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM) through leading training. Join a structured 24-month development program commencing August 2026 with mentorship from industry leaders, peer coaching, and flexible working arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in quantity surveying, cost management/ engineering, project & facilities management or equivalent
- Knowledge of main cost management concepts, tools and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment as part of a committed team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
