Job Summary
Conduct cost estimates, bills of quantities, value engineering, tendering, and evaluation while preparing cost plans, assessments, valuations, and reports. Liaise with project stakeholders, designers, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to drive commercial outcomes on iconic global projects. Assist in commissioning processes including change orders and final account close-outs. Gain firsthand experience in procurement strategies, contracting arrangements, and commercial mechanisms through a structured 24-month development program. Obtain company-paid professional accreditation with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia. Work within a fast-paced, high-pressure environment as part of a committed team, supported by mentorship from industry leaders and peer coaching.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in quantity surveying, cost management/ engineering, project & facilities management or equivalent
- Knowledge of main cost management concepts, tools and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment as part of a committed team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
