Job Summary
Conduct cost estimates, bills of quantities, value engineering, tendering, and evaluation while preparing cost plans, assessments, valuations, and reports. Liaise with project stakeholders and designers, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to drive commercial outcomes for clients. Assist in commissioning activities including change orders and final account close-outs. This 24-month Graduate Development Programme commences August 2026, featuring curated learning journeys, mentorship from industry leaders, and peer coaching. The role requires a degree in quantity surveying or construction management and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in quantity surveying, construction management, engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of main cost management concepts, tools and techniques
- Good command of written and spoken English
Desired Qualifications
- Fresh graduates / graduates with maximum 2 years working experience are preferred
