Job Summary
Conduct a two-year rotational development program across technical, sales, and operations tracks, completing assignments in engineering, field services, sales support, sourcing, or supply chain. Work on meaningful projects contributing to business goals while collaborating with cross-functional teams and technical experts. Build technical knowledge of FLS products and systems through designated training programs and site visits. Present project outcomes to stakeholders and apply continuous improvement thinking to operational effectiveness. Participate in customer meetings, inspections, and commissioning activities as required for rotations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree completed within the last two years or expected graduation within the current academic year
- Degree in Business Administration, Science, or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Mining, Metallurgy), or related disciplines
- 0-2 years of professional work experience
- Strong learning agility and curiosity to develop across multiple business functions
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated initiative and self-starter mindset
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Technology proficiency and willingness to learn new systems and tools
- Ability to collaborate in diverse and global teams
