Job Summary
Graduate Design Engineer to contribute to validation of Dyson’s next-generation products, ensuring seamless integration between software and electronic hardware. Build technical capabilities by supporting automated test solutions using LabVIEW, TestStand, NI DAQ, and Python; perform manual and automated tests; collect and analyze data to identify issues and improve testing efficiency. Collaborate with electronics, firmware, and product engineering teams to translate requirements into testable solutions and gain experience in system-level validation within a two-year Graduate programme.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals with system-level thinking
- Familiarity with programming or scripting (e.g., Python) and interest in automation or test development
- Basic knowledge of electronics, embedded systems, or software-hardware integration through academic projects or internships
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and troubleshoot technical issues
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership towards quality and reliability
