Job Summary
Graduate Data Engineer program across NSW/QLD with rotations across mining operations. Responsibilities include supporting data quality, validation, governance and data management initiatives; integrating and transforming data from enterprise systems into cloud platforms using APIs and modern data pipelines; building and maintaining data assets, pipeline configurations and deployment artifacts using YAML and cloud-native tools; developing AI-powered solutions, including RAG pipelines, for intelligent search capabilities and operational assistants; creating dashboards and automated workflows using Power BI and analytics platforms; collaborating with engineering, operations and business teams to deliver data-driven solutions in a real mining environment; requires a degree in data-related field and a willingness to live and work in regional or site-based locations; offers structured graduate development, mentorship, rotations, and exposure to diverse operational environments.
