Job Summary
Graduate Quantity Surveying role in cost management at AECOM, Dubai, within the ADVANCE program (approx. 24 months). Responsibilities include assisting with pre-contract duties: cost modelling, cost planning, benchmarking, value and risk analysis, attending design meetings, procurement activities, and preparation of contract documentation; supporting post-contract activities such as site progress meetings, valuations, financial reporting, due diligence, and change control; working autonomously and within diverse teams; engaging with mentoring and development opportunities toward chartership. Candidates should be recent graduates in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or related discipline, with strong motivation to develop technical and professional skills in a multidisciplinary environment, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Required Qualifications
- Recent graduates within 24 months or no later than Sept 2024
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or related discipline
- GPA minimum 3.2
- Bachelor's or Master's degree as applicable to program requirements
- Eligibility for graduate program and visa mobilization as described
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate development program experience is preferred but not required
- Strong academic record expected with GPA 3.2+ as stated
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or related discipline
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
