Job Summary
Graduate Project Surveyor within AECOM's Project Cost Consultancy (PCC) team to support pre- and post-contract commercial activities on infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include assisting Quantity Surveying staff, measuring quantities for cost plans and bills of quantities, preparing tender documentation, viability studies and cost estimates, maintaining cost-control procedures, providing input for financial claims, evaluating variations and change orders, market-testing rates, maintaining cost databases and asset libraries, and conducting primary research under supervision. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; applicants must be recent graduates (within 24 months or no earlier than Sep 2024) with a minimum GPA of 3.2. Master’s candidates should have started within 12 months of completing their Bachelor’s. More than one year of postgraduate work experience is not eligible for the program. Start dates and visa processing are outlined in the recruitment timeline. Location: Dubai, UAE; Remote option: Hybrid.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited University
- Candidates must be recent graduates, having graduated within the last 24 months or no earlier than September 2024, to be eligible for AECOM's Graduate Program
- Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 3.2 and above
- If you hold a Master’s Degree, it should have started within 12 months of completing your Bachelor’s Degree to ensure continuous education and meet program requirements
- Candidates with more than 1 year of postgraduate work experience are not eligible for the program and are encouraged to apply for our professional-level roles instead
