Job Summary
Develop and maintain project cost budgets, forecasts, and financial dashboards while tracking expenditures and conducting variance analysis. Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial data for project controls, planning, procurement, and construction teams. Support change management by evaluating cost impacts and interface with finance teams for invoicing, accruals, and cost actuals. Explain cost variances and forecasts to non-financial stakeholders and identify cost risks using earned value management principles. Requires strong numerical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to interpret financial trends. UAE National graduate required.

- Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail

- Accurate data validation and reconciliation
