Graduate Clinical Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate clinical placements and site strategies for the NP programs; identify and operationalize student clinical site opportunities, recruit new clinical sites, and secure clinical site agreements. Maintain relationships with current sites, ensure compliance with State Boards of Nursing regulations and required paperwork, and manage the NP student tracking system for affiliation with clinical sites and preceptors. Collaborate with the Graduate Program Chair and NP coordinators to refine site strategies, support NP Orientation and Intensives, and coordinate evaluation of students in clinical sites. Requires frequent travel and on-site work at Brenau University’s North Atlanta Campus in Norcross, GA; typical hours 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (MSN preferred)
- Ability to drive to clinical sites
- Frequent travel may be required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with clinical site development and preceptorship coordination
- Proficiency in Google/Gmail, Sheets, and Microsoft products
