Job Summary
Graduate Civil Engineer within Arcadis’ Urban Development & Regeneration team. You’ll gain exposure to general civil engineering with a focus on urban land development across residential, industrial, regeneration, and urban infill projects, including earthworks, grading, pavement, and drainage design from concept through detailed design. You’ll learn from SMEs and be mentored while contributing to a variety of projects, with opportunities for global exposure through Arcadis’ Expedition DNA program. The role emphasizes development of technical, leadership, and behavioural capabilities, and collaboration with peers, clients, and stakeholders in an inclusive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Graduating in 2026 or recently completed a degree in Civil Engineering
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Interest across engineering design, environmental science, planning, sustainability, and digital innovation
- Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Mentoring and professional development mindset
