Job Summary
A Building Surveying Graduate at AECOM will work across varied duties including building regulations, condition surveys, technical due diligence, building pathology, feasibility studies, design and specification, tendering processes, contract administration, and measured surveys. You will support senior/associate Building Surveyors with building compliance management under Assigned Certifier responsibilities in line with Building Control (amendment) Regulations, and participate in schedules of condition, dilapidations, and technical due diligence to help clients across public and private sectors, including Commercial, Educational, and Residential projects. The role includes structured professional development, national chartership support, and access to a dedicated training programme and CPD activities, with an emphasis on progressing toward Chartership through the SCSI APC and mentorship from supervisors and a Chartership Steering Group. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Building Surveying SCSI/RICS accredited
